Everyone needs help with their money, whether they have a 401(k) or four late bills to pay. Yet, getting help with the everyday details amid life's challenges can be difficult. That's where Brightside comes in, a Financial Care solution that improves working families' financial health. Their human Financial Assistants use technology to listen to and resolve workers' unique personal needs, from emergency care like loans and late bills to budgeting, credit, and retirement planning. My task was to provide a friendly and relatable identity that included a new logo, an icon system, and photography that felt down-to-earth and humanistic, relating to all walks of life.
